Custom and made to order pieces will be ready for delivery up to 3 - 8 weeks from the date of order. You will be contacted via email with information regarding a shipping date for your specific piece.
We use DHL business service for all the shipments.

RETURNS
You are able to return the goods within 14 days after receiving the order. Please note that we do not refund the delivery costs.

Please return the pieces in their saleable condition with the original packaging and documents. We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Money will be refunded to the original payment method that was used during the purchase.
